Liquid Float Level Sensor Switch for Customization
Ningbo Mingrui Sensors can modify standard parts or design custom liquid float level sensor switch to meet a customer’s specific needs. Virtually all of our float level sensor switches can be customized, with specialized modifications available to accommodate temperature, pressure, stem length, materials, mechanical connection, electrical connection and more.

1) Mechanical Connection
Switches and sensors can be created to mount on the top, bottom, or sides of any tank; The Mechanical connectioin can be NPT,G type, M type thread and so on.
2) Lead Out Length
Our float level switches and level sensors can be customized with lead out lengths that you want. Our normal lead out length is 300mm,but we can customize whatever you want. .
3) Wire Type
23 AWG UL1007 wire is standard for our float level switches, but other custom materials may be used to meet specific demands or requirements. We will design the exact material and type for your specific requests.
Discrete Wires
Discrete wiring is available for rugged or other specialty applications.
Jacketed Cable
Cables and wiring can be jacketed for use in harsh or volatile environments.
4) Float Level Switch Stem Material
Float level switch stem can be stainless steel, pp, pom,pa,nbr and so on. We will choose the exact one for you according to your medium, temperature and pressure.
5) Float Level Switch Length
Switch lengths can be customized according to your demand or requirements. If you want the plastic float stem, switch lengths can range from 25mm to 200mm. If you want the stainless steel float stem, switch lengths can be whatever you want.
6) Float Style
Floats are available in numerous materials with normally open and normally closed configurations. Float style can be pp,pa,pom,pvdf,nbr and so on.
7) Integrated Electronics
Custom electronics can be integrated for a variety of uses and applications.
8) Integral O-Ring or Gasket Seals
Custom mounting options make sure that your sensor is in place and working at 100% from day on.
9) Electrical Connection
If you want us to install interminal,connector or integrated connector,give us the wire awg or brand of the terminal and connector. We will match our chinese terminal or connector for you or you can provide them to us.
