First Common faults: the float does not move
Solution:
1. The specific gravity of the liquid is less than that of the float → reconfirm the specific gravity of the float
2. The floating ball is leaking → contact our company to replace the floating ball
3. The foreign body is stuck on the floating ball → remove the foreign body
Second Common faults: float action, but no signal output
Solution
1. Float position offset → adjust the float position
2. The reed switch is damaged → replace the reed switch
Third Common faults: abnormal signal output, magnetic field interference nearby → eliminate the magnetic field
Forth Common faults: the signal is maintained and cannot be restored, the floating ball cannot be restored, and there is a foreign body stuck → remove the foreign body
Fifth Common faults: there will be two signal outputs at one point, the position of the loop is moved → adjust the position of the loop
Routine maintenance
1.Remove the dirt on the connecting rod and floating ball regularly (the cycle depends on the medium).
2.Check whether the screws on the ring buckle are loose.
